Meet Martavia

   Martavia Wynn, a South Atlanta native, is a dedicated entrepreneur with a strong background in nonprofit leadership and real estate investing. After nearly a decade as a homemaker, she transitioned into the nonprofit sector as a Resource Development & Marketing Specialist with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens. Here, she developed extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and community engagement. Through her leadership and results-driven approach, she advanced into the role of Director of Major Gifts just a few years later, overseeing high-level donor cultivation and philanthropic partnerships.

In 2016, Martavia began investing in real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 2018. In April 2023, she resigned from her corporate position to focus full-time on nonprofit consulting and managing her real estate portfolio. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she values the flexibility and freedom it provides, allowing her to prioritize both her professional goals and family life.

Martavia is married to Super Bowl Champion Jarius Wynn and is the proud mother of four children: Jeremiah, Jarius Jr., Jasiah, and Jace.
